【财经网讯】4月13日， 汤臣倍健 股份有限公司（证券代码：300146，简称"汤臣倍健"）发布公告称，公司全资子公司香港佰瑞有限公司（简称"香港佰瑞"）已完成对智能汽车芯片领域企业XG Technologies Holding Ltd（简称"XG TECH"）的投资。香港佰瑞以自有资金1000万美元认购相关基金份额，间接持有XG TECH 0.9269%的股权。
